2. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
We cater to the European market and partner with priority logistics networks, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to execute our deliveries.
- Handling Period: Order processing and preparation require 1 to 3 business days.
- Transit Period: Delivery generally requires 4 to 9 business days following dispatch.
- Automated Tracking: To keep you informed, automated tracking notifications will be dispatched to the email address provided at checkout during key intervals. This includes notification of order dispatch, arrival at transit nodes, and local delivery routing.
- Transit Inquiries: Should a delivery extend beyond the standard transit timeframe, we shall initiate an official inquiry with the relevant carrier. Dependant upon the factual outcome of this inquiry, we shall issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be dispatched.
