In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers located in Europe hold a statutory Right of Withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Should the item you receive exhibit a defect or physical damage upon arrival, please contact our customer support team at indoor@briskpetsafe.com within 14 days of receipt.
You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect in your email. Once the evidence is reviewed and verified by our team, we will process a full refund or arrange for a replacement shipment. For verified damaged or defective goods, you are not required to return the damaged item to our warehouse.
3. Shipping and Delivery Delays
We utilise priority logistics services provided by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We monitor transit times closely.
If an order exceeds the standard estimated transit time for your region, please notify us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings of the carrier’s investigation, we will resolve the matter by either issuing a full refund or dispatching a replacement order.
